All classes are conveniently held just next door, in the upstairs of the American Legion building.

POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses into a 45-minute series. Burn between 400 and 900+ calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music!

Zumba: Zumba is for everyone! Stop exercising and start dancing – with the help of the Latin-inspired easy-to-follow, calorie-burning Zumba dance-fitness party. Feel the music and let loose! Click Here For Video

 Cut to the Core: 30 minute class of core-focused exercises with the goal to define your abs, strengthens your back and improves your posture for a healthier lifestyle. Get ready to train the body from the inside out; while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention. Challenge your core as you balance, strengthen and stabilize with a variety of exercises.

Yoga for Health: Its designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity of individuals interested in improving their level of fitness.

Yogastrength:  Light weights give the optional added resitance in this yoga class; building both physical and  emotional strenght. All abilities welcomed.

Circiuts Unlimted: a 45 minutework out that hits all body parts. Something new each week as we work through 9  strength stations with cardivascular moves in between.
